why no award in 1985?

The award is given by Pro Football Weekly, which did not publish during 1985. --Anson2995 04:17, 9 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Brady[edit]

People, Tom Brady did not win the PFWA Comeback Player of the Year, he won the AP Comeback player of the year. The one that is listed here is the PFWA Comeback player of the year . . . it's two different awards with the same name. I know it is confusing, but the PFWA award comes out in a couple of weeks, Brady may win it, and be the winner of both . . . but's let's not put him on the list until we are sure he wins it, okay?Bigmaninthebox (talk) 00:35, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What a surprise - the white guy from a Northern team wins! - BilCat (talk) 05:26, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

College column[edit]

Since this is an award given to NFL players for their success in an NFL season, what is the purpose of including where those players went to college? If one wanted that info, they could click on the player's link. Keeping the NFL team and position info is important, but the college really doesn't relate to this award. Does anyone have a good reason to keep that column of colleges? --Mtjaws (talk) 01:43, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Seems like WP:FANCRUFT that can be deleted.—Bagumba (talk) 05:58, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
