Is published by a highly reliable publisher (based in Iasi, Romania) so it fits WP:RS. It is not a purely academic publisher, as it also published fiction (in dedicated collections). Nevertheless, it is recognised within Romania as a high quality publisher of books on scientific topics. Anyway, here's the resume of Cristina Petrescu, PhD and Lecturer in Comparative Politics and Recent History at the University of Bucharest since 2004. Hope she is reliable enough for you.
