Shouldn't the dates in the section of the article Before the Islamic revolution be expressed in conventional years[edit]

Shouldn't the dates in the section of the article Before the Islamic revolution be expressed in conventional years using the western calendar rather than the islamic calendar format? The dates in the section of the article Before the islamic revolution is expressed using islamic calandar while the rest of the article uses the western calendar? This is confusing . thanks Sassmouth (talk) 01:14, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that the section before the islamic revolution was written using the persian Solar Hijri calendar and if i try to convert the section of the article to the Gregorian calendar I might screw up the dates if anyone has any ideas let me know Sassmouth (talk) 01:26, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
