  • New enough, created January 21. Long enough, at 4937 characters. QPQ done.
  • Sources are mostly good. Refs 2,12, 17, `9, 21 send you to a Gale page. Could you either make them accessible or remove the links?
  • Both hooks are good, although I prefer ALT1 because the first hook seems obvious. Christine (Figureskatingfan) (talk) 22:54, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
    • I am not aware of a way to clip Gale articles for public access as you can do with Newspapers.com. I don't want to remove the links entirely (as someone with a subscription from, say, their college or the Wikipedia Library can feasibly access them and verify the contents) so I put {{subscription required}} templates next to the references instead. I'm okay with your explanation and your solution because access is important, although many readers don't have access to a university library. For some articles, it's okay if they don't have a link, especially if their sources are books. It's fine for this type of article to include the Gale links, so no problem. I'm good to go with this nom, everything looks good. Christine (Figureskatingfan) (talk) 19:21, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
