Original 2009 Grand Jury[edit]

It would be interesting if someone could add:

What was that Grand Jury investigating?
What was the purpose of (i.e. the motive for) leaking those two memos ?
Does all this relate to the bribery sting investigation or the pay-to-play scandal?
