Fins height and highest height per floor[edit]

With only about 40 floors and nearly 800 ft (250 m) to the roof not counting the fins, this is one of the tallest buildings per floor with some near 20 ft (6 meter) ceiling heights. Similar to the Stephen P. Clark Government Center building in Miami. The New York Times Building has over 100 ft (30m) spire and is not quite as high floor to floor height.
