No, there were fatalities in 3 countries. It affected other countries to a lesser extent. Comment This has clearly expanded beyond the Balkan region after the storm affected Libya (and Egypt, to a lesser extent). I would also support a merge here -- if we didn't merge, I would go with something similar to Effects of Hurricane Harvey in Texas, but I don't think the Balkans-specific effects are sufficiently notable to warrant a separate article like that. Jokullmusic 00:28, 13 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
