What is the criteria for player eligibility? Is number of NHL/pro games a criteria?

Any thoughts?

18abruce (talk) 22:55, 28 December 2013 (UTC) The criteria for player eligibility is: age of the player, (must be between 15 and 19 I believe), and they must be able to prove their nationality (and not have represented another nation previously).
