The 2025 Pittsburgh mayoral election will be held on November 4, 2025. Incumbent Pittsburgh mayor, Ed Gainey, is running for a second term as mayor.

Ed Gainey was elected back in 2021, winning 70.8% of the vote, against Republican Tony Moreno. Gainey is considered to be at risk of losing a Democratic primary.[1]
