Zugura Yaganurovna Rakhmatullina (Russian: Зугура Ягануровна Рахматуллина; Bashkir: Зөһрә Йыһанур ҡыҙы Рәхмәтуллина, romanized: Zöhrä Yıhanur qızı Räxmätullina; born 26 August 1961) is a Russian philosopher, stateswoman and politician from the United Russia party.^[1]
