Questions

I've entered myself in the tournament as Mexico. I have 2 brief questions:

What kind of timeframe are we looking at for the tournament (i.e. possible start and end dates)
Would it be within the rules if I was to change my 'nation' from Mexico to Cornwall? (see Cornish self-government movement)

Edits to Good and Featured articles

How do you determine whether a user's contributions were to good/featured articles? Is it done manually (thru the interiot's edit count tool), or is there another tool for it? Also, in order to get scores for good/featured edits, does the user have to make those edits in the past month, or it doesn't matter even if the edits are a couple of months old? It may have changed now, but there is a way we can tell which articles you have edited the most - I just can't remember what it is, so we just used to check if they were Good of Featured articles. // Fi nns 07:41, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Right, the criteria is:

1 point per mainspace edit (count is divided by ten)
25 points per good article greatly contributed to (at least 25 edits)
40 points per Featured article significantly contributed to (at least 25 edits)
5 points per DYK
Average user rating (Out of 10)
This will include your edit summary usage.

I have:

12,000 edits according to my preferences, so that's 1,200.
Contributed heaivly to six GA's (In Your House 1, One Night Stand (2005), One Night Stand (2006), 1995 Japanese Grand Prix, 2007 Australian Grand Prix and 2007 Malaysian Grand Prix, so that's 125 points.
Significantly contributed to 1 FA, that's 40 points.
Nothing for DYK.
