Special:UnusedFiles is an automatically created list of files, that are not embedded in any page.

To remove an entry from this list, boldly find an appropriate article and add the file to it.

If you can't find an article for the image, and

1. the image is non-free, than nominate the file for deletion under F5 as orphaned non-free use image,
2. the image is free and useful, than consider moving the image to Commons.
3. the image is free, but has no encyclopaedic purpose, than consider listing the file at WP:Files for discussion or proposing it for deletion.
