New template

Per a suggestion I made on Jimbo's talk page as the discussion was being closed over the suitability of the WP:DICK essay,[1] I've created this template based on WP:TROUT. Perhaps that's a happy compromise. We can keep the silly DICK essay for reference because so many people are attached to it, but people wanting a more cheerful and collegial way to tell each other off can be encouraged to use this template to call each other jerks rather than dicks.
