Hey there,
This user is also active with numerous socks on the French Wikipédia. We name him Maxam by the first account that was blocked there. You can follow his activity (and blocks) on the page fr:Wikipédia:Faux-nez/Maxam1392. He has the same interests and editing habits on the French and English wikipedias. Since Maxam has Dutch heritage or is Dutch, I will enquire whether the Dutch Wikipedia has anything pending on him.
