This deletion makes no sense at all

This article deletion boils down to one thing: one of the Wikipedia admins, [email protected], wants it out (for whatever reason I can't imagine), so he makes a statement that the subject is "non-notable", a term so ambiguous that only a Wikipedian could possibly presume to use.

Here's a question of notability:

Rachel Jacobs was a regular on three different sitcoms in the 1980's and held major guest roles in others such as Silver Spoons, Diff'rent Strokes, Family Ties, and The Love Boat. She starred in national commercials for over 50 worldwide brands including Oscar Mayer, Burger King, Hostess snack cakes, Century 21 Real Estate, Parkay Margarine, and M&M's. Her film, TV, and stage career spanned 14 years. You deleted her article because she is non-notable.

Pulled randomly, here are some entertainers whose articles you did not delete:

• Annamarie Kenoyer - a teen actress who, in three years of working, has appeared in two films and a total of 12 TV sitcom episodes.
• Christopher DeFaria - as a child he did the voice of Pepperment Patty in the Peanuts cartoons and is now a film production manager.
• Tiger Fafara - the kid who played Wally's friend Tooey Brown on Leave it to Beaver and then over the next 15 years did a run of single-episode appearances on various TV series.
• Bonnie McFarlane - a writer/comedienne who was eliminated in round 1 of Last Comic Standing and has appeared on five TV shows.

No more notable, I would say.

I do not expect that any of the admins involved will (or can) explain why a two-year-old article on a notable person was capriciously deleted. It appears, quite obviously, that it amounts to nothing more than some personal issue [email protected] seems to have with Rachel Jacobs.
