Self-nom. I have been toying with the idea of FA'ing this, as I love the idea of a featured article on a tropical depression. I feel it meets the criteria, but I'd like some opinions. Dang it, Hink, you suck. The most I could do was clarify one antecedent and add two links. :P The only question I'd have is whether it needs an aftermath section or not, but for a storm of this relevance that's really stretching it.
