Sorry, no. Good work with it, but too many sections have only one line. Overall organization is better than before, but the article isn't detailed enough for A-class. No way, it's too disorganized and there's not enough. For a storm of this calibur, much more impact is needed, especially along the Gulf Coast. Some places don't have sources.
