Please correct title to read El Salvador instead of El Salvadore - spelling error. Many thanks!

Done. El Salvador is already in use. Renamed the draft to:Draft:El Salvador (ship). -- Eclipsed (talk) (email) 07:13, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks for the help so far. I was just wondering on any tips for information boxes, as all the information is there for this page, however not everything is being shown on the actually live page, I am not quite sure what I have done wrong.

You can only use infobox parameters that are defined in the template. You can see which parameters are available on the template page itself, at Template:Infobox television. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 10:13, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

07:03:12, 13 July 2015 review of submission by Fsstech[edit]

Reviewer has mentioned about increasing the notability of the submission Draft:Financial Software & Systems (FSS) . - Though we have done our level best to provide as many valid citations to both primary and secondary sources, how can we further improve the notability of this article? Can you please provide specific examples in this case like for eg: the particular source which is not verifiable and reasons for the same so that it will help us better understand reviewer's comments. - Can you please also help in improving the editing of this submission if it is anything to do with the verifiability - Any specific comments that can be of help to us to get this article published successfully.

Thanks!

Fsstech (talk) 07:03, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The FinExtra source and the first of the Business Standard sources are press releases, and are therefore of no use for proving notability by Wikipedia's standards. The second Business Standard source is not much better. More sources like the Financial Express one might be a good idea. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 10:12, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Re Draft:AMATA Corporation PCL

The draft of "AMATA Corporation PCL" declined second time. I try to learn from the page that I know such as Teco, Dawei . The reference also get from the web site and others page. The reviewer request to review on the reference. I am feeling to give up on this issues now. I don't know why it make too difficult on this page. I want to know what exactly need to rewrite with the article that I draft? Should I reduce information or rewrite all the draft? Thank you so much for your contribution in advance.momo 07:54, 13 July 2015 (UTC) momo 07:54, 13 July 2015 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mokawn (talkcontribs)

Too many of your sources are just business directory summaries, not independent reliable sources discussing the company in detail. If you cannot find independent reliable sources that discuss the company in detail, then Wikipedia does not need an article about the company yet. 10:31:38, 13 July 2015 review of draft by Jo.voysey[edit]

I need help working out how to upload an image within my article. I have tried to follow the various kinds of guidelines I have found through google but none of it seems to work.

Jo.voysey (talk) 10:31, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Jo.voysey:, please do not bother with images until the article actually publishes. There is no way that your article, as it currently stands, will publish since you have not provided any WP:Sourcing whatsoever. Please read WP:Notability (artists) to see what kind of sourcing is required, and see WP:Referencing for beginners to see how to apply sourcing. Hello Help Desk, My draft submission is rejected, and the reason description is brief, please give me instruction in detail about how to modify the draft to pass the review and meet the requirement of wiki. Thank you! Indepentten (talk) 11:59, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've accepted this. Whether it stays around, we'll see. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 10:04, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Re: User:Ganja-man 101/sandbox/smoking da green and getting high.....

please could you tell me why my recent article was not approved. all the bestGanja-man 101 (talk) 12:22, 13 July 2015 (UTC) Ganja-man 101 Ganja-man 101 (talk)[reply]

Hello @Ganja-man 101:, why would we approve your article? It's just your personal observations about cannabis, with no sourcing whatsoever, no logical order, and not even a clear subject. There's nothing here that isn't already covered at Marijuana, so no reason to publish just your personal thoughts. That is not what an article is, we aren't Tumblr or LiveJournal. What is a "stub" page on Wikipedia? An example being: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koyama_Press Hannaguido (talk) 14:03, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Hannaguido:, please see WP:Stub for details. MatthewVanitas (talk) 14:24, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

14:40:21, 13 July 2015 review of submission by Cmireland[edit]

My article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:TEAM* was not accepted. I am working on this article for the band and am unsure as to why it is "non-notable" as I cited everything and referenced all the information to where it can be found elsewhere online. Could I get some help to get the article accepted? The band is waiting for me to finish. Thank you. Cmireland (talk) 14:40, 13 July 2015 (UTC) Cmireland (talk) 14:40, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Which of the criteria at Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Criteria for musicians and ensembles do you believe that they meet? If they don't, then Wikipedia probably does not need an article about them yet, so the band will have to go on waiting.
Some other tips:
  • Don't use phrases like "legendary DJ Nic Harcourt". If Harcourt is legendary, just wikilink his Wikipedia article ... see Wikipedia:CHEATSHEET if not sure how to do wikilinks... and then the reader can just click the link if they want to read more about Harcourt
  • Likewise, if you are referring to another Wikipedia topic, for example The Almost, then wikilink it like that. These should not be references, as Wikipedia articles cannot be sourced from other Wikipedia articles
  • Bare youtube links are rarely of any use as references in proving the notability of a topic. You may wish to better format these and some of your other references.

16:17:29, 13 July 2015 review of submission by Celtic78[edit]

Can someone please add/edit this draft? The external sources are all pretty solid but I don't how to word it so its... this is what it is. This is what they do. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Horizontal_Integration_(company)

I rather think no-ne has a clue what you would like to happen here. Why not resubmit the draft yourself if you have done the work? Fiddle Faddle 20:29, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

20:27:07, 13 July 2015 review of submission by Katerina Costa[edit]

Katerina Costa (talk) 20:27, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

How can we help you? Fiddle Faddle 20:31, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I've received this: "This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies." But I see that other creators in similar businesses write their articles in the same style and even with more advertisement! During previous editions I have removed from my article a lot of "ad materials" as you called it. It's just a medical school and graduates become healtcare personal to help people. That's all. Is there any chance my article may be published?

Katerina Costa (talk) 20:30, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No precedent is ever set by any article for any other. If it were we would have a brutally fast descent into idiocracy. I see no previous editions in the history of this draft. I do see User:Katerina Costa/sandbox.
There is work to be done. Perhaps the best place to start is to ask the reviewer to tell you why they felt unable to accept it. Fiddle Faddle 20:36, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
