  5. Sagaciousphil (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) This was one of the partnerships I suggested as I have often paid to gain access to articles on this excellent resource. It covers many of the areas I research - the most recent article I purchased provided a lot of extra detail about a little known, yet significant garden and has also proved useful in other articles. 8. Justlettersandnumbers (talk · contribs) Access to T and F would be useful to me both for content writing (animal science, arts, art history, music etc) and for copyright investigation. As a single example, this article might help to improve Add MS 29987. I no longer have university/ alumnus access. If available, I'd like access to both collections; if I must choose, then arts and humanities for preference. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 23:13, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  14. Zigzig20s (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I have been editing and creating pages on Wikipedia every day for years. I already have access to Jstor and quote academic articles accordingly to improve or create articles. By having access to Taylor & Francis, I could add in-line references to more articles. @Simon Harley: Here are the journals included in the Arts & Humanities collection (which does not include Mariner's Mirror); can you confirm that these will be useful to you? Nikkimaria (talk) 12:33, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
How strange - I looked on their website under Humanities yesterday and it was in that category - odd that it isn't in the collection. But yes, it's still useful on account of International History Review and Journal for Maritime Research, thanks. —Simon Harley (Talk | Library). 12:50, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  22. Jnestorius (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) Would like Arts & Humanities collection access. Editor since 2004; subject areas history, geography, and politics (mainly Ireland-related); and to a lesser extent linguistics and sport. 23. LaMona (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) This would help greatly with AfD and AfC questions about authors, artists, and humanities academics. I work mainly on BLPs and other person-related pages, and there is little material online for anyone not working in digital media. I can't match the >10K edits of some others here, but I attempt to do diligent research (I am a librarian). Most poorly written articles exhibit a lack of resources at least as much of a lack of notability. It's heartbreaking to see a potentially notable article come up at AfD and none of us has access to prove otherwise. I would mainly make use of the arts and humanities, and hope very much that T&F eventually give us access to information science, which I really need. LaMona (talk) 15:54, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  31. Sitush (talk · contribs) Would be used primarily for further work relating to history, society and politics of India/Pakistan, which has long been my main area of interest on en-WP. I also dabble in aspects of British history. I've invariably had to turn to WP:RX or off-wiki requests for info from this source and can only stretch goodwill so far, so tend to limit my requests. - Sitush (talk) 22:29, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Sitush: Here are the journals included in the Arts & Humanities collection; can you confirm that these will be useful to you? Nikkimaria (talk) 12:33, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Social History is one I have requested a few times. FICH and the Sikh studies one also stand out. It's not as useful to me as JSTOR, to which I am already signed up, but there are journals in that list which appear quite frequently as refs in other sources etc. - Sitush (talk) 12:43, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, since I've just realised that there are only 30 accounts available, I'll withdraw this. I'm sure that other people have greater need/I can try to make do with WP:RX for a while yet. - Sitush (talk) 04:36, 9 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  36. loupgarous (talk) 20:36, 24 October 2015 (UTC)vfrickey (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I've edited and researched pages for about 12 years now (first edit on 11 December 2003) with over 500 edits. In attempting to find good secondary sources on the career and other notability of Irish cartoonist Kenneth Mahood, I found a reference in Taylor and Francis not available in other databases. I'd like access to Taylor and Francis because they have good coverage of contemporary literature, an interest of mine. I have in the past also found sources in Taylor and Francis that would have helped my editing and research efforts in military history (with emphasis on developments in the 20th-21st centuries). Access to these sources would help me make wikipedia a more dependable source of information. loupgarous (talk) 20:32, 24 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  3. Jacek555 (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I work on biology (zoology) topics at pl:wiki for more than 8 years, mainly with articles about rodents. 4. Fenix down (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) Would appreciate access to the Earth Sciences collection. I have created a large number of articles in the human geography space, particularly on arctic Russia. Access would be extremely useful, particularly to have access to Polar Geography, a key journal in this area. Fenix down (talk) 07:46, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
nikkimaria - Is it possible to have access to both collections? looking at the humanities listings you have posted, I think that at least to of the journals on the A&H listing would also be very useful, specifically Russian Studies in History and Revolutionary Russia? Appreciate there may be a need to share out the accounts, so would prefer access to the Earth Sciences collection where I assume Polar Geography is found if this is not possible. Fenix down (talk) 15:22, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Fenix down You can apply for both, but given the level of demand you probably won't receive both unless the partnership is expanded - we'll prioritize what you indicate is your preferred collection. Nikkimaria (talk) 15:27, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Nikkimaria, thanks for the response. Are you able to share the Earth Scinces listing, please? Fenix down (talk) 15:29, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

WeijiBaikeBianji (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I edit high-page view articles and recently was a co-winner in the 2015 Core Contest for revisions to English language that brought that article to good article status. I especially like to edit articles on psychology. I share citations to sources that are reliable sources by Wikipedia guidelines with other editors in online bibliographies in my user space, for example the Intelligence citations bibliography and the Anthropology and human biology citations bibliography. It looks like the Taylor and Francis Biological, Environmental & Earth Sciences collection is the better fit for my research interests among the two subject collections currently on offer to Wikipedians. Strategic, Defence & Security Studies[edit]

  1. scope_creep (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) Working on German World War II military cryptography articles at the moment, including people and military, diplomatic, civilian organizations. These are some of them. B-Dienst, Cipher Department of the High Command of the Wehrmacht, Wilhelm Tranow, Pers Z S Research Office of the Reich Air Ministry. Information for these articles are hard to find by definition, as they were secret by nature, so a lot of stuff you do find on the web is duplicated. Taylor and Francis has the Cryptologia magazine, which contain bagfuls of good salient info. Assuming this collection covers that period, and it's aligned with what I need. I can use the account for six months and hand it back, if needed. Scope creep (talk) 13:39, 16 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
