- Evidence
Series of new SPA accounts that have all miraculously appeared to contest an AfD (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Coat of Arms of Coates). Various sharp practice during the AfD, including refactoring the discussion to remove {{spa}} tags, and removing the AfD header from the page in question.
- Comments
The same user (or meatpuppets) seems to have also commented at the AfD using the following, apparently dynamic, IPs. Deor 13:26, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Conclusions
Obvious case of socking and vote stacking. It doesn't get any better than this at SSP. All blocked and tagged. Made note at AFD case. — Rlevse • Talk • 14:11, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
