Google search comes up with Monsterbeat, a 2008 userpage mentioning "Ivan the great"[1]. User:IvanthegreatLaw(blocked user) and Commons User:Ivanthegreat seem pretty ducky. User:One beat wonder mentions Ivan Laws/Ivanthegreat several times (including this plus created a page with a similar title. Similar/almost-identical editing. Not sure if Ivanthegreat exists locally, but the similarly-named account uploaded the "File:Iabn the great i predict earth quakes.jpg" on Commons which is being used as pic of "One beat wonder" on One beat wonder's user page.
