This appears to be an undisclosed paid sockfarm. They are editing within the same area and creating same kind of promotional articles. ArjunKR92 created Vipin Reshammiya on February 18th, which was subsequently deleted on March 17th following a deletion nomination. Just two weeks later, Thatbombayboy copied and pasted the same article into the draft namespace, which was then submitted for review by Sumer Singh Jaipur.
In June 2023, Thatbombayboy created Tanieya Khanuja in the draft namespace, which was then expanded upon by Kingaayaan on June 10th. Subsequently, Thatbombayboy moved the draft to the main namespace. Just two months after, Starcruexz uploaded this image of the subject, claiming it as their own work and used it in the article. It's worth noting that Starcruexz previously shared a similar username, "Starmakerbombay," with Thatbombayboy. The main event linking them together was this AfD discussion which was flooded with paid delete votes as highlighted by the closing admin too. Remarkably, all three users - Starcruexz, Thatbombayboy, and Kingaayaan - voted for deletion within a 24-hour timeframe whereas Thatbombayboy and Kingaayaan voted within a gap of just four hours.
Both Thatbombayboy and Kingaayaan displayed similar interests on their user pages especially in the user infobox and userboxes, and an examination of this EIA result reveals an intriguing connection. GSS 💬 10:50, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
