Same hallmarks as the sockmaster, i.e. addition of hoax radio stations and links to Audiovisual Communicators. Knowing Bertrand, he would most likely spawn a dozen or so sockpuppets or use IP ranges, so a rangeblock and perhaps an edit filter should be in order. @DeltaQuad: As a matter of fact I've filed an edit filter request before to no avail. A regex on usernames that use radio station prefixes and Philippine provinces should slow him down if not outright make him quit. I highly doubt they'd be of any help with this as it just involves some miscerant on the loose, not unless he has actually done something which the NBI would construe as a cybercrime. If I may recall a Facebook group contacted Bertrand's relatives and they did seem to have apologised only for the person to continue on with his antics. Perhaps another round of correspondence with his folks along with more than enough evidence that he has disrupted critical sites such as map databases (e.g. OSM) would compel them to intervene and limit his computer access. I've encountered an Indonesian teen who has been the butt of scorn at the Downfall parodies community due to him plagiarising videos relentlessly; a while after his sister showed up and issued a sincere apology as his brother has autism and they've just learned about the extent of his (unwitting) misdeeds. @Blakegripling ph:, that FB group made some cyberbully-type attacks before they turned their group into private. We are talking about a 40-something guy with autism and his full name has been already exposed (by himself or by that FB group), and from the looks of it his family don't mind what he does while surfing the internet. As I mentioned above, showing them some damming evidence about his misdeeds and the bullying he faces should be in order. The fact that he has vandalised OpenStreetMap, a vital resource for let's say emergency crews and government agencies, is more than enough to seriously consider coordinating efforts to inform his family and have them strictly monitor their relative's internet habits. I've talked to a woman who's been babysitting a bunch of autistic kids, and she too can attest that a lot of patience is indeed needed as some of them tend to unwittingly do things they might be sorry for. @Drmies: I've looked several times in the past. Usually can never do it because the range is way too busy and there would be too much collateral. So i'm not inclined to look again.

The accounts below IMO are not Bertrand101 socks. Bertrand101 usually creates hoax radio stations based from the topic list in the LTA, which are not seen on these accounts.   • @DeltaQuad: I don't think you should have deleted the newly-created case and retagged the socks belonging to it. I should also say that Aztegdude is 3 years older than Bertrand101. Considering the number of checks that have been done in this case, it beggars belief that none of these accounts was ever discovered as a sock of Bertrand101. In my recent check, I saw use of the same range only once - and there were many ranges. The technical details of the new group are consistently different from Bertrand101. The pattern of behavior is different. Bertrand101 mainly uses socks for a short time and then tosses them, always creating new ones. I don't recall seeing the kind of nonsense by the new group that occurred at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DZUP (2nd nomination) between Bertrand101 socks. Upon stumbling in this page, I just realized that he's trying to destroy me by creating a fake list of sockpuppets under my account. I've been using 1 account for 10 years already. Both accounts were seen creating an article about a hoax Philippine TV network "PBN". Although there is a real TV network named PBN Broadcasting Network here in the Philippines, this PBN is a regional TV network based in the Bicol region. These accounts have repeatedly created articles related to this hoax TV station. User:Renzo espiritu has been indefinitely and globally blocked last July 25. Those mentioned accounts are not Bertrand101 sockpuppets. I've been checking PHTRnet's contribution log a few times, and none of his works matches Bertrand's style. None of those Philippine radio-related articles PHTRnet created/recreated are hoaxes since they contain a lot of sources (newspapers, PH laws, KBP, NTC and the likes related to PH media) which are notable enough. Though, I also saw some flaws in a few of his articles & I'm fixing them.

Same goes for SBKSPP. None of his works matches Bertrand's style, and has a different style from PHTRnet. Though his only reference is a dated list from PSA, there's nothing wrong with his contributions. "Punch me, I'd bleed." -Peter Parker 01:42, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Checking the SPI archive: a handful of accounts were confirmed to one another but does not list this account. It does seem disruptive enough to think the same person has operated the account but with some other network etc..

  • Their editing is obviously highly disruptive - they are constantly making small changes and then reverting themselves, across very many articles, and none of their edits ever have an edit summary or reference to sourcing. All the old accounts are stale; the IP range used by this account is not one of the ones that comes up in the CU logs, and there are no other accounts active on their range, so technically I cannot make a connection with the proposed master. I'm going to block for DE, I'd be grateful is someone would perform a behavioural evaluation to establish whether we should tag as suspected to this master and request lock.
