I live in the area of Chateau de la Motte and was the guardian there for four years. I was a director of a history and science museum in the US for many years so my background led me to research a fascinating place. I was also frustrated with the enormous amount of history around me and realized how difficult it was to learn. As my French improved I found the local libraries were full of local history and legends but few travelers want to spend their days in libraries. When I recently bought an iPhone and learned that programs like Wikihood used Wikipedia to interpret the landscape and its history. This brought me to create this page and perhaps many others.
With this article I need to resolve several questions that concern this and future articles. - The final listing of architectural and landscape features are of great interest to travelers and others and I need a way to present them in the articles. The British call it Reading the building or Reading the Landscape. This might be better in a gallery or Navbox. I'm open for suggestions.
- I'm currently putting unpublished interviews outside of the article but included in the notes, with names. This is a response to a request by researcher at the RAF Museum in London to record the information about downed pilots in the region. I realize interviews are not acceptable in Wikipedia but I'm trying to find a way to record them for future researchers. I am open for suggestions.
Finally, I teach English here and plan to use writing and editing for Wikipedia as a source to improve language skills. I hope to learn enough this summer to introduce the subject next year in my adult classes and later to high school. - A detail: you do not need administrator approval to move. It looks like you already did the move. What you need is to show Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). Just an infobox and web link does not suffice, sorry. And no need to ask again as you did back on June 17. You should eventually get the same answer. I'm having trouble identifying what is considered a reliable resource in relation to Timberstone Shores, as it is a notable feature on Manitoulin Island but doesn't seem to have much published about it. It's referenced on multiple Manitoulin Island websites, but information seems to be limited to the timberstone.com website and an article once published in the Toronto Star available on stevemaxwell.ca.

- Most sources can be considered reliable, unless there is a particular reason it wouldn't be. Care must be taken on controversial topics and on biographies of living persons, because sources are often biased, but on an article about a geographic feature any old source should be fine (even if it is timberstone.com), as long as the article is not written like an ad. Hi guys,
Having received feedback and advice from several persons on here over the past month or so in creating my article, is there any reason why the article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Londonyouthgames/London_Youth_Games) cannot be published as a live wikipedia page entitled 'London Youth Games'?
If not, how do I go about getting it published live on here?

- Article looks great. To publish it, you would have moved it into the mainspace (encyclopedia) yourself, but since you've asked, I've done it for you. It is now located at London Youth Games. - Your article meets all BLP policy, especially referencing and establishing notability. While I would say the article needs work, especially on formatting, it doesn't have any flaws that prevent it from being a mainspace article at this time. Because you only have two edits, you are not yet autoconfirmed, a permission that allows you to execute actions such as moving pages. Therefore, I have moved the page for you. - I would qualify that. Archive.org is considered to reliably archive what web sites used to be. But the rules for reliable sources still apply. If all sources are user-contributed blogs of non-experts for example, that might have trouble proving notability. To help this process, please expand each citation to include author and publisher or "work", plus original dates, archive dates, and access dates (those three are often separate). use the {{cite web}} template with {{cite web |title= title |work= so-and-so blog |url= <original url> |date= <date it was written> |archiveurl= <the one from archive.org> |archivedate= <date it was archived> |accessdate= today's }} for example.
