Chica Peeps is an 'unconventional' movement encouraging women to explore and recognize the importance and value of female friendships.

In the English language, there is no word that describes a group of female friends. The name Chica Peeps fills that void and has become the household expression for groups of women that support and nurture each other. You've seen them walking together, or in the local coffee shop. You've heard their shrieks of laughter, raucously celebrating an event in a restaurant. Women who belonged to Amish quilting circles of the 1800's and Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha of "Sex and the City" fame all share Chica Peep bonds.

An upcoming published anthology of short stories, Who Are Your Chica Peeps?, offers women the opportunity to, in their own voice, share the bonds they have formed with groups of friends who nourish, guide and anchor them, often through humor. Female friends shape who we are and who we are yet to be. Our relationships with men and family are not enough. Sometimes it takes a crisis to make us realize that friends are the best medication. At every stage of life, close female friends support each other. It's the nature of women to gather and sit in a circle; we've done it since the beginning of time...

Creator and Founder - Velya Jancz-Urban

Velya Jancz-Urban has morphed through several career changes from high school English and History teacher, stay-at-home mom, elementary Enrichment/Gifted teacher, and most recently, hoodwinked and betrayed Brazilian dairy farm owner. The Chica Peep movement ignited within her after she was "put back together again" with the help of a group of female teacher friends. Velya believes, "If I have Chica Peeps, then so do other women. It's time for them to be able share their stories in a published anthology of short stories titled Who Are YOUR Chica Peeps?"

Your article doesn't seem to be on Wikipedia itself. I recommend that you move it over onto here so it can be searched for and viewed more easily. Your article doesn't seem to be using the correct Wiki formatting; such as inline citations to display the references, so I think you need to perhaps take a look at the article again. Finally, be careful with the article's point of view and tone, because it's very easy to make articles like yours, about companies, sound like advertisements. With 'reliable sources' (or references as they are more commonly known) it's best to use inline citations to help display them in your article. If you don't mind, I'll make a few improvements for you, as it's easier to do it myself than try and explain it..hope you understand. I do think the article does sound a bit like an advertisement for this person, so please try and make some improvements if you can in that respect - contact me via my talk page if you need any help with that. Also, I do think perhaps all the little sections for the artists could just be merged into one or two paragraphs of regular sentences. Chevymontecarlo 21:10, 26 November 2010 (UTC)

New Ritual Article

I have been carrying out an extensive research project on ritual for the last fifteen weeks and was very disappointed, initially, by the existing entry for ritual. I therefore undertook the task of rebuilding it, keeping as much content as possible and adding more as necessary without including my own hypothesis.

This is my first wiki article and would like some feedback before making it live. I would be very grateful for any criticism.

Previously, Revenue Management re-routed to Yield Management. These are two different disciplines, however, with the latter being under the wider scope of the former. Revenue Management encompasses the wider practice of using analytics to collect data, forecast, and optimize price, inventory levels, etc. With respect to inventory, Revenue Management applies to all types, whether perishable or non-perishable. Yield Management, however, is a branch of Revenue Management that focuses particularly on optimizing non-perishable inventory, particularly in the hospitality or air travel industries.

There is no other information related to this submission anywhere on Wikipedia - I've already searched the topic, so I feel this provides a good starting point that could be further expanded.
