Looking for song (possibly Michael Jackson?)[edit]

So this is driving me mad. I'm looking for a song that's been stuck in my head for ages. Catch is, I don't actually remember any lyrics. It's a song from a while back, guess 80s. I remember that at least part of the video is the lyrics sliding onto the screen in a stylised manner as they're being sung. The verses are sung in a sort of 'rap'-like manner, similar in a way to Dylan's Subterranean Homesick Blues. The chorus is sung, and the main hook is just one or a few words, I think containing "time". At least some of the song deals with drug use. Joystick for call of duty in ps3[edit]

There is some kind of joystick to play call of duty in PS3 that work like pointing the screen as a way to aim instead of using the annoying cross buttons??
