While plastination is a form of chemical preservation, this term is not mentioned at target or elsewhere on enwiki. The term seems to be associated instead with Cryonics as an alternative method. Suggest deletion until appropriate content can be added using this term. Mdewman6 (talk) 21:41, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The bots (and associated nobots) template are designed to control bot exclusion on pages. Bots and Nobots are the only actively used and therefore are also the only type recognised by most (if not all) bots. If a user was to use Botsdeny, it would lead to no exclusion taking place. It also currently has no transclusions. To prevent users from accidentally using a wrong and functionless template, these should be removed. Aidan9382 (talk) 21:09, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This should also be deleted, similar to "Kay Eff Cee". Pronunciation of "KFC" is obvious, and we don't need a transliterated version as a redirect. 747pilot (talk) 21:05, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think this redirect is necessary. We don't need to redirect the phonetic transliteration of "KFC" as the pronunciation is quite obvious. Also, usually redirects could be used for common misspellings/typos instead. 747pilot (talk) 19:55, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - Minor trivia note that's only relevant in terms of a single episode. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 13:45, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Run this bad Krabby Patty out of town per above. It may be a meme from the episode "Pickles," but even that isn't up to this project's standards-it doesn't come on a raft, 4x4 animal style, no extra shingles with a shimmy and a squeeze, nary a sign of light axle grease, no way to make it cry, and absolutely no manner of burning it, so we can't let it swim. And also, you forgot the pickles yet again, SpongeBob LoserPants! Regards, BUBBLE BASS (Sonic678) Snark Chat 04:35, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak delete. Referenced video above does in fact confirm that this is an obscure food item from a single episode. Though if it were mentioned at target, maybe it would be worth keeping. CycloneYoris talk! 04:00, 4 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Term not mentioned at target article. Redirect was a short lived stub for a mere two hours in 2011 before it was merged, and then it targeted a section within the Quidditch article but was removed. CycloneYoris talk! 23:11, 10 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Warren Ferguson[edit]

The result of the discussion was disambiguate. I agree the Mayberry character could sustain an article if properly referenced, so I have moved the history to Warren Ferguson (The Andy Griffith Show) in case anyone wants to give it a go. -- Tavix (talk) 20:52, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This title, currently pointing to List of The Andy Griffith Show characters, is a minor character appearing in one season of the show. Although the page gets more views than Warren J. Ferguson, I would propose that a real judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is historically more significant than a fictional little-seen Mayberry deputy. I would at least have a disambiguation page at this title. BD2412 T 05:09, 13 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Comment While he was only in one season of the show, he is a recognizable character (and reprised the role in other shows) so there is some degree of notability. It actually wasn't originally a redirect. There was a page for the character, but it was changed to a redirect primarily because the article was not properly or effectively sourced. But properly rewritten, it could sustain an article. I can agree that with more than one Warren Ferguson, one could make the case for disambig, but I'll wait to what other comments and/or support/opposition is discussed before committing one way or the other. • Retarget - I agree that this should lead to the real person. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 20:51, 20 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disambiguate. I wouldn't say the character was "minor" as he was the replacement for the co-star. I wouldn't be surprised if the character was more recognizable than the judge and might be the PT, but a dab will suffice. MB 05:00, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Disambiguate per nom and MB. Seems plausible to have a DAB, so readers can find both options there. CycloneYoris talk! 07:36, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
