This event has been removed from the Birmingham 2022 programme, as confirmed by the CGF on page two of the 22 April 2022 Sport Update:

Don't make sense as redirects. The target is not a list of minor characters but is instead a list of characters who were memers of Dumbledore's Army. The content is now split over several pages (some here, some at List of Harry Potter characters some at List of supporting Harry Potter characters etc) so they don't have a good single target. 192.76.8.78 (talk) 17:44, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the edit histories of all these broken redirects....they're basically bot conversations between themselves. None have had human edits since ~2007. All those changes to the redirects were done by bots.
That said, couple things:
--Minor hufflepuff/slytherin/etc. characters, "gryffindor chasers", definitely delete those redirects.
--Dai Llewllyn: misspelling of Dai Llewellyn (like you said) but even as a character in HP, no connection to Dumbledore's Army
--The one exception is Michael Corner redirect. He is a member of Dumbledore's Army. But the redirect is based on a misspelling of his name "micheal". Michael Corner (spelled correctly) does redirect to the Dumbledore's Army page but it goes to the members list so it's useful. Seeing as how micheal a nonsensical misspelling, agree to delete that redirect too.Jasonkwe (talk) (contribs) 00:22, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
