The result of the discussion was retarget to Aries (constellation). (non-admin closure) CycloneYoris talk! 03:07, 1 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The only thing the target article has to say about Aries is "the ram became the constellation Aries". There is much more at Aries (constellation) which might therefore be a better target. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 15:45, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Jalibut is the Arabic term, and Yal is the Russian one. They are neither cognates nor synonyms. Look through the dictionaries. Delete or create the real article. --Uncle Ben (talk) 13:58, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

For translating is Jalibut (ship) [ar]. There is one in Ukrainian too. --Uncle Ben (talk) 14:03, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was keep. (non-admin closure) feminist (+) 09:43, 31 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This term does not appear in the target page and it doesn't seem like a common search term. — Mikehawk10 (talk) 17:34, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Keep as per maker. Mainly from this programme https://www.aljazeera.com/program/the-listening-post/2021/10/16/what-this-years-nobel-prize-says-about-the-global-media-climate : "Plus, a look at the US military-gaming complex." None of the term shows up here though:https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=all&q=Military-gaming%20complex,Military-entertainment%20complex Greatder (talk) 16:34, 17 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak keep it looks like the term does exist and it's a synonym for what the target section is talking about. Hut 8.5 17:06, 25 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep. Agree with Hut 8.5. Winston (talk) 07:27, 29 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Summer soldier[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was retarget to the disambiguation page (actually, move the disambiguation page over this title). Thryduulf (talk) 20:26, 1 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Retarget I suggest that the redirect target of the term "Summer soldier" should be changed from The American Crisis#Themes (as it is now) to Summer soldier (disambiguation). Users looking up the term in the search field should in my opinion not be directed to an article which contains the term (and not even prominently), but have the choice on the disambiguation site which use of the term they want to look up. Robert Kerber (talk) 10:03, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Dabify replace with the disambiguation page. The dab page is also missing the campaigning season version of soldiers, who were traditionally at war only in the summer, between planting and harvesting, in ancient times. -- 64.229.90.53 (talk) 23:29, 18 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
