Move Homestar (disambiguation) to Homestar and include current target at dab if appropriate. Normally I would argue for a procedural close to start a requested move discussion as the proper venue to address the question of whether there is a WP:PRIMARYTOPIC or not, but in this case I think it's pretty obvious that the current target is not a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT (and does not have a {{redirect}} hatnote to the dab page, as would be required). Readers entering Wikimedia are far more likely to expect to end up at Wikimedia Foundation than they are to expect to end up at Wikimedia movement; evidence of this is with the respective notability of each page, with the foundation have 250,000 views in the past month, and the movement having 10,000.

Further evidence is that search engines like Bing and Google take users to the Foundation's wikipedia page, and not the movements.

It is readily verifiable through search engines that beyond the remit of the WMF and its projects, communities etc, 'Wikimedia' is used as a shortcut term for the WMF, rather than for any 'movement' using the same name.
