A "Security contracting firm" is not necessarily a mercenary organisation, nor a Private military company. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 19:12, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to HIV/AIDS activism. (non-admin closure) feminist (talk) 14:37, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The word "activist" is not present in the target article. One looking up this term may be attempting to find something about activism against the condition, but I’m not finding any specific retargeting option at the moment. Steel1943 (talk) 06:41, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator comment: This should now be retargeted to HIV/AIDS activism since that article has now been created. (@Rubbish computer, Lenticel, and WhatamIdoing: Pinging participants other than the creator of HIV/AIDS activism to inform them of the creation of the aforementioned article.) The result of the discussion was delete. ~ Amory (utc) 16:07, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete Not mentioned in target article. UnitedStatesian (talk) 04:04, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete as is not at target. Rubbish computer (Talk: Contribs) 23:04, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per above --Lenticel (talk) 03:12, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep and fix the article. This redirect happened as a result of an AFD merge/redirect. A couple of months later, an IP repeatedly blanked the target section. WhatamIdoing (talk) 11:59, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. From what I’m seeing via third-party engines, the subject of this redirect hasn’t worked for IGN since 2010, and has since worked for other notable companies such as SEGA and Apple, Inc.. Disregarding notability concerns and the AfD that resulted in the current redirection, keeping this redirect pointing where it does is rather misleading due to other notable employers this redirect’s subject has had after IGN. In fact, if there was not a previous AfD for this subject already, I’d say that this redirect should be deleted per WP:REDLINK due to the subject of the redirect having a rather stretched-out career as a video game/app journalist with various companies.
