Implausible typo. Danchall? Presumably the creator meant to say "Dancehall reggae" which isn't a thing. Exemplo347 (talk) 21:40, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - extremely implausible! :-) Deb (talk) 08:12, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Does not appear to refer to target. - CHAMPION (talk) (contributions) (logs) 23:24, 20 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. The primary topic seems to be Origins of Bone and Cartilage Disease, which Wikipedia does not (yet) have. Error redirects from initialisms seem to be more confusing than a typical typo, so I would be wary of employing them unless it is a genuine plausible error in the wild, and I'm not seeing that here. As an aside, it could be a "phonetic" spelling of obesity (your accent may vary), so if it has to be retargeted somewhere, that's where I would send it. -- Tavix (talk) 03:39, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete as above no notable articles that carry this acronym. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 19:05, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Croizee[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was retarget to Glossary of ballet#croisée. (non-admin closure) Galobtter (pingó mió) 15:54, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This spelling variation of "crazy" seems like a WP:MADEUP neologism. Steel1943 (talk) 23:03, 20 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment - This seems like something that somebody might type for Croisee, a French term with multiple meanings depending on the context. It's covered in at least one Wikipedia page: Glossary_of_ballet#C. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 08:24, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • It's conceivable that an English speaker would type 'croizee' as a phonetic representation of croisé(e), so a retarget to Glossary_of_ballet with an anchor at the relevant term could work. Failing that, delete it. Richard0612 10:41, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Retarget per Richard0612, this is a perfectly plausible misspelling of "Croisee". Thryduulf (talk) 17:14, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Does not seem to be a valid spelling in any language or a Korean romanization, could not see evidence of usage - CHAMPION (talk) (contributions) (logs) 23:10, 20 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Comparative method[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was Move. (non-admin closure) Galobtter (pingó mió) 15:23, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

According to the history "Comparative method" can refer to Comparative method (linguistics), Comparative research and Cross-cultural studies (comparative studies). Currently it redirects to Comparative method (linguistics), but it doesn't make any sense to keep a base name redirecting to a (parenthesis). © Tbhotch (en-2.5). 03:57, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sending readers seeking content in English to a page that written in another language is not helpful. Furthermore, there is no more reason to send readers to a foreign Wikipedia in this particular case than any other; It is no different than any other topic a foreign Wikipedia covers that we currently do not. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 02:13, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • I have seen it used several times, typically with a, say [de] (for German) afterwards. This is not a big deal for me, but I like to link to authors, and in Kafr Manda one of the authors is the "Gesandter in Neapel" mentioned in the German article, Huldra (talk) 21:39, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Huldra: There are no other plain occurrences of {{soft redirect}} within the mainspace; no other redirects of this nature exist. That aside, when appropriate, it can be easily linked to as de:Van Egmond van de Nijenburg then piped. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 23:38, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Godsy: You are right; I just linked the Kafr Manda article. Feel free to delete the redir, Huldra (talk) 23:43, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
