- The result of the discussion was delete. Erring on the side of delete here, given the recent creation and the tenuous utility ~ Amory (u • t • c) 11:54, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
- Johnny Almendra → Jillian Armsbury (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Delete. Redirected to former spouse, not a target people would search for. KingAndGod 14:14, 24 March 2018 (UTC)

Not mentioned in current target, and cannot be retargeted elsewhere because too generic or not mentioned elsewhere. LaundryPizza03 (talk) 20:19, 16 March 2018 (UTC)

- Retarget - 'Warp crystals' should go to 'Dilithium (Star Trek)'. Given the popularity of the fictional universe, I'm a bit surprised that this hasn't happened already. I'm not sure about the others, but I guess that I'd be alright with deleting them. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 06:22, 17 March 2018 (UTC)
- 'Super metal' appears to be occasionally used in reference to superalloy research. Maybe we should look into that? CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 06:27, 17 March 2018 (UTC)
Relisting comment: I removed Bolognium as that was already dealt with. Relisting for further investigation, and because none of these were properly tagged. That has now been rectified.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, ~ Amory (u • t • c) 10:07, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Retarget Warp crystals to Dilithium crystal as plausible Star Trek search item. Morphite seems to be a name of a non-notable video game. Super Metal points to either companies or something else Supermetal (without the space) points to Lodestar (Anderson) short story, but it's not like that has a primary topic claim on the term. Weak retarget Monopasium 239 to List of Blake's 7 episodes#epB4 as it was discussed in the "Horizon" episode. [1] but it can be deleted too as it's not a key element in the entire series, just that one episode. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:24, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
- Is "super metal" vague to the point that it should be deleted outright? I might see it being turned into a disambiguation page (or something else), but would that be a stretch? CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 17:17, 28 March 2018 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was redirect reverted back to article and taken to AFD. Bearcat (talk) 17:39, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Global Christian Network (broadcaster) → Global Christian Network (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
I'm not sure this should be deleted. It contains the history of an article still linked from many television articles. The confusion is in them linking to an unrelated website. —PC-XT+ 04:10, 24 March 2018 (UTC) I notified Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television Stations#GCN RFD —PC-XT+ 04:27, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- I've reverted the redirect back to a standalone article for the reason provided here — the target is not the same thing as the redirect topic, so it's creating many wronglinks in articles that are looking for a broadcaster rather than a social media feed. However, I'm also taking it to AFD instead as its notability is not properly demonstrated. So it's now up for discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Global Christian Network (broadcaster), but I'm going to close this discussion as it's no longer a redirect. Son Hanmyon[edit]

- Son Hanmyon → List of Soulcalibur characters (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Character is not on the list. This suggests that the character is not important enough to even be mentioned, and that this redirect should be deleted. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 02:21, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Delete. It's not helpful to have redirects to articles without mention (it's like having a dab page entry without a mention). If not delete, then tag
{{R to article without mention}}
. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 06:28, 24 March 2018 (UTC) - Keep. This is the transliteration of the katakana used for the character Seong Han-myeong, which is mentioned. —Xezbeth (talk) 15:55, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Comment The character's section (which mentioned this transcription) was removed from the article in 2015 by User:SubZeroSilver. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 05:04, 25 March 2018 (UTC)
- Note Neelix redirect. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 14:01, 25 March 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks to SubZeroSilver for the page history research. Since the removal of the character's section was done without any explanation, I've restored it. Now it makes sense to target that section. I'll withdraw if no one objects. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 21:23, 25 March 2018 (UTC)

Somali council of elders[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- Somali council of elders → Somaliland (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
So, we have modern-day Somalia, we have Somaliland, and, of course, numerous colonial and pre-colonial versions of Somalia. Did some of these have councils of elders, or maybe all? My thought is that this redirect is too damn generic and should be deleted. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 02:18, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Note Neelix redirect. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 23:40, 25 March 2018 (UTC)
- Comment if it were Somaliland council of elders, it could go to House of Elders (Somaliland)? But yes, this is rather vague. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:47, 28 March 2018 (UTC)

- Socraticus → Aeschines of Sphettus (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Would it make more sense to target this to Socrates? (I don't know nothing about the ancient Greeks). Oiyarbepsy (talk) 02:12, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Note Neelix redirect. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 23:40, 25 March 2018 (UTC)
- No. Socraticus means "about Socrates" - and this Aeschines was one of Socrates' elder students. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 02:30, 27 March 2018 (UTC)

- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- Mador de la Porte → Round Table (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
- Sir Mador de la Porte → Round Table (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
De la Porte appears to be one of the knights of the round table. But the article redirected makes no mention of him (or, for that matter, any of the other knights), and it takes some research to determine why anyone has even been redirected here. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 02:02, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Interesting: other knights in Category:Knights of the Round Table have articles. If de la Porte has no article and there is no list of knights at Round Table I think we should delete to create a redlink. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 06:33, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
