The result of the discussion was blanked the page. Seems to be a sufficient solution given the situation with the talk page. (non-admin closure) Steel1943 (talk) 02:42, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Confusing redirect. File:Camp.jpeg and File:Camp (2003 film) Theatrical Release Poster.jpeg should not share a common talk page. Stefan2 (talk) 21:07, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • delete. I haven't checked, but this is very likely the unintended consequence of a move at some point. If so, it's borderline G6 speediable as a page created in error. Thryduulf (talk) 01:45, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Delete mojibake. Gorobay (talk) 16:35, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment the accent stripped and "(c)" forms were created by Eubot (talk · contribs) and are typo redirects for mojibake... even worse than actual mojibake. -- 02:50, 8 January 2015 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.94.40.137 (talkcontribs) [reply]

Delete per WP:RFD#D1 "The redirect page makes it unreasonably difficult for users to locate similarly named articles via the search engine" (unless they go to Special:Search, they'll automatically get forwarded via this redirect) and WP:RFD#D2, "The redirect might cause confusion." It's not mentioned at the target: apparently nothing interesting happened that day. Si Trew (talk) 15:50, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per Si Trew. We could retarget to section if there was anything noteworthy listed in the year article, but there's not. Ivanvector (talk) 16:31, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete this seems to have been an entirely ordinary day with no major events. The most notable thing to happen that day apparently being Western Australia winning the Sheffield Shield, but we don't even have an article on that season's competition. There were some notable people born that day, but none of them have (so far) become so iconic that their birthdays are observed by anyone other than their friends and family afaict. Shehzad Rafique[edit]

The result of the discussion was procedural close. This is now being handled at WP:RM. Thryduulf (talk) 15:13, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Blunder - a very big blunder. His official name is "Shehzad Rafique" as credited in his films. But someone moved "Shehzad Rafique" to "Shahzad Rafique" and another someone (me) mistakenly moved it to "Shahzad Rafiq". Now all I want is "Shahzad Rafique/Rafiq" to be moved to "Shehzad Rafique". For confirmation check his name on his recent film poster here. UBStalk 08:38, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Two of the target's references call him "Shahzad Rafique" and only one calls him "Shehzad Rafique".
  • IMDB calls him "Shehzad Rafiq":
The ref given by nominator doesn't help much, since Facebook is not WP:RS. Si Trew (talk) 09:32, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment User:Invadibot just "fixed" the double redirect at Shehzad Rafiq, but not the one nominated here (presumably because of the RfD tag). Si Trew (talk) 09:38, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment Although WP is not itself RS, of the five films liinked to WP articles in the "Filmography" section of the target, the infoboxes of four call him "Shehzad Rafiq" and of one "Shehzad Rafique". Si Trew (talk) 09:46, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Procedural close, please: I've created the WP:RM at Talk:Shahzad_Rafiq#Requested_move_7_January_2015, copy-pasted the text of this section into it, and referred it back to this section. Si Trew (talk) 09:55, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
