More likely this matches many people with the last name Frank, and since this guy is a famous KKK person, it's not nice to direct the random "Bobby Frank's" names to Bobby Cherry. A whole list of implausible redirects created by Neelix in one go by combining various parts of the man's long name. Generally we have been deleting most of these.
