Delete - I'm frankly kind of shocked this worthless redirect has been around for so long. It points to the target article on the basis of the appearance on-screen for about 5 minutes or so of a dog-like creature, which dies and is never seen nor spoken of again in the subsequent 40+ years of the Star Trek franchise. No one in a million years is going to think "Space Puppy" when searching for an episode of Star Trek in which Captain Kirk is split in two by a transporter accident. It also constitutes original research in that it's a determination without support in reliable secondary sources that the animal in question is of a species whose young are properly identified as "puppies" and that the animal is of an age for which the use of that term would be appropriate. • I find no evidence that any dog in any space program was commonly (or really, ever) referred to as a "space puppy". Jerry Pepsi (talk) 23:41, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
With the exception of the existence of this redirect, of course.  ;>)  This redirect is not harmful. Keep the puppy. – Paine Ellsworth CLIMAX! 09:52, 5 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - Not a useful redirect, nor is the suggested alternate target likely. -- Whpq (talk) 16:26, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete I really want to keep this :( but I can't find reliable sources that makes this a plausible redirect for any article.--Lenticel (talk) 00:56, 3 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
