Delete. This was originally a redirect to Wikipedia:WikiProject Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms, but following an RfD in January 2011 it was retargetted to WP:ASK which at the same time was converted into a disambiguation page between the WikiProject and it's previous target Wikipedia:Questions (originally Wikipedia:Ask a question). Today it gets between 1 and 4 hits a month, which is precisely the range associated with bot-only visits, meaning it is an essentially unused cross-namespace redirect (CNR). CNRs aren't in themselves necessarily harmful, but they have the potential to be (see WP:CNR) and so this potential for harm needs to be balanced against their usefulness. In this case I don't see a low traffic (20-30 hits/month) project-space disambiguation page as being of much use to users unfamiliar with namespaces (the people who are the primary beneficiaries of CNRs), or indeed anyone else I can think of.
I've had a look for a possible article-space target, and the only thing I can find is that WPA-SK is sometimes used to refer to WPA pre-shared key mode (a type of wifi security) more usually abbreviated WPA-PSK, but that is uncommon, tenuous and not used in the article.
