Deletion - 1. redirect serves no purpose, nothing in target explains or refers to the redirected term; 2. there is a parallel entry Cost to Company (upper case "Company"), which ideally should be deleted and moved to Wiktionary. Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 15:31, 29 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Retarget to Cost to Company as long as that exists (I've boldly done this). Suggest prodding Cost to Company to get them both deleted. Siuenti (talk) 22:41, 29 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move the article currently at Cost to Company to Cost to company per WP:NCCAPS. I don't really know anything about the Transwiki process but it seems to me that after being copied to Wiktionary the lower-case version should be overwritten with {{wi}} and the upper-case version should redirect there. – Arms & Hearts (talk)
  • Move per Arms & Hearts – also I question why this concept of the cost of an entire employee package, which is almost always a company's largest and most notable expense, would not be able to become a viable, perhaps even a "good" article in this encyclopedia? – Paine Ellsworth CLIMAX! 14:16, 30 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
