  • AutopatrolGrader (links to redirecthistorystats)     [ Closure: keep/delete ]
  • Autopatrol And how is this related to a piece of roadmaking machinery?--Lineagegeek (talk) 23:20, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • This was nominated for deletion here a year ago. We discovered that Auto Patrol is a brand of Caterpillar grader in the 1930s. That information was incorporated into the History section of the article. That made this title a capitalization and spacing variant - a valid use of redirect. Rossami (talk) 02:17, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep, Auto Patrol is mentioned at the target, although it will be tricky to find. Siuenti (talk) 09:46, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sea Ghost[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was move and disambiguate. --BDD (talk) 16:01, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delete it. There are other Sea Ghosts in Wikipedia, some more prominent than a song on an obscure recording, and they are hard to find due to this redirect. guanxi (talk) 06:44, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Disambiguate a sample disambiguation page is provided for review below the horizontal rule at the redirect page. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 07:20, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move the redirect (and its history) to Sea Ghost (song), leave the disambiguation page (and its history) at the base name Sea Ghost. I'll be happy to carry out those steps if that becomes the consensus. -- JHunterJ (talk) 12:44, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • Do you mean there would be a page, Sea Ghost (song), which would redirect to Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone?? As long as there is disambiguation at Sea Ghost, that sound fine. I'm not sure the redirect is needed; I have no objection, but I'm not sure how someone would end up on the Sea Ghost (song) page. Also, is the song notable somehow? guanxi (talk) 18:44, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
      • Someone who was looking for the song and knew or suspected there were other uses of "Sea Ghost" would plausibly search for "Sea Ghost (song)". Whether the song is notable or not is irrelevant, it's mentioned at the target so it's fine to have a redirect to it (see {{R from song}}). Thryduulf (talk) 08:14, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
        • It will also be the redirect link used on the Sea Ghost disambiguation page. :-) -- JHunterJ (talk) 11:57, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • That's fine by me. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 06:55, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move and disambiguate per JHunterJ. Thryduulf (talk) 08:14, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
