The result of the discussion was delete, but recreation into a disambiguation or the like is encouraged. Cheers, Arbitrarily0 (talk) 03:00, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm also nominating African Revolutions but I'm not sure how to do that properly with Twinkle.

The Arab Spring comprises a small recentist sample of revolutions in Africa. I'd suggest perhaps African Revolution could become a disambiguation page listing African revolutions, to which the plural form could redirect? – hysteria18 (talk) 17:31, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete nothing to do with the revolutions that got rid of colonial white governments in favor of native governments. 76.65.128.132 (talk) 03:22, 17 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Redirect to a dab page listing independence struggles, coups and coup attempts. Rich Farmbrough, 02:46, 18 January 2012 (UTC).[reply]
  • Delete African Revolution (which might me construed as a revolution in the entire continent) and Dabify African revolutions (which may mean revolutions in the continent).--Lenticel (talk) 00:17, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Another thought: perhaps the abstract idea of an "African revolution" or a "black revolution" might be worthy of an article in itself? Combined scholar hits suggest there might be, but combining the two phrases into a single concept is probably OR. – hysteria18 (talk) 13:54, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
