delete - the link was created after a Bill 156 was passed that the Comic 10 Society commented on. However, that society has nothing to do with it and it should be redlinked (since an article doesn't yet exist) to help promote the creation of said article per WP:Redlink as said group, being a group of 10 big anime and manga companies, should exist as either a full-on article or at least a disambig陣内_Jinnai 19:14, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
