These should either be deleted or retargetted somewhere, possibly Philadelphia. The term "next great American city" is not apparently used anywhere on Wikipedia, other than in these redirects, nor can I find any evidence that it's used in reference to Palm Beach, Florida. Creating these redirects back in 2006 are the creators only Wikipedia edits, so there is no clue to be gained from them (other than their creator is likely to be from Palm Beach). Google hits for the phrase though show a remarkable, although not universal, consistency in referring to Philadelphia (I wasn't expecting any consistency at all, there being lots of cities in America), although I've not investigated why this is. If the term were used on the Philadelphia article I'd probably have boldy retargetted there, but as it isn't I've brought them here for discussion.
