Wrong redirect. The world milk day is very different with FAO. dingar (talk) 05:34, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - nothing relevant in the target so this redirect would only serve to confuse. This is a former article but that version would never survive an AfD. Delete for now without prejudice to the recreation of a fully sourced page. Bridgeplayer (talk) 14:53, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete unless content is added somewhere. It seems like a notable topic, but we don't have any coverage of it. Were it linked anywhere WP:REDLINK would apply, but it doesn't. Thryduulf (talk) 17:47, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was Retarget per consensus below. --Taelus (talk) 21:31, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I propose retargetting this to Harvard, Illinois#History. Although there is only a similar amount of content (very little) in both current and proposed targets, there is slightly more in the article about Harvard, Illinois. Also, the mention in the Milk article is a trivial mention towards the end of a long section that is almost entirely irrelevant to Milk Day; the mention in the article about the settlement is longer, much closer to the start of the section and a greater proportion of the section.

An alternative target would be Harvey Milk Day, but I think this is best served by a hatnote at either the current or proposed target.

Please note that this is not the same as the "World Milk Day" redirect above. Thryduulf (talk) 17:41, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support retargetting with hatnote; more helpful target. Bridgeplayer (talk) 18:09, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
