• Comment – I'm assuming that a Britophile is usually used to mean an American who loves British music from the British Invasion. A redirect obviously does not have to be an alternative term for its target; it only has to reasonably related. McLerristarr | Mclay1 14:31, 26 October 2010 (UTC)

• Retarget to Anglophile. A quick search of GoogleBooks indicates that the term is used broadly for love of Britain and all things British, not just for musicians of the "British Invasion." Redirects from the general to the particular are inherently confusing. Although English is actually more specific than British, it is a much better fit than is a group of musicians. ~ Ningauble (talk) 18:21, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
