Sally brown eyes[edit]

The result of the discussion was  Relisted at RfD 2010-01-24. עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 09:05, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This was created yesterday with the content, "Sally Brown Eyes is a character that is used in the Nickelodeon show, Brainsurge." I issued the PROD, "No legit Google results, not notable (if the character exists), nor useful as a redirect." On double-checking, "sally browneyes" gets one hit, appearing in one line of what may or may not be an official transcript of an episode of BrainSurge. This has now been made a redirect to BrainSurge, but I'm still of the view that it's not a likely one, especially with the space in "brown eyes."  Glenfarclas  (talk) 19:19, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment - I note that RFD doesn't get as much attention as other areas, so I thought I'd make a brief comment that personally I don't see any major issue with the redirection (in regards to policy or otherwise). Cheers, NJA (t/c) 19:58, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Smile (Beach Boys/Brian Wilson album)[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. Jafeluv (talk) 11:51, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

unused; extremely unlikely search term, completely arbitrary that it redirects to Smile (Brian Wilson album) and not Smile (Beach Boys album). Santa Claus of the Future (talk) 19:10, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Eugene-Springfield, OR MSA[edit]

The result of the discussion was keep. Jafeluv (talk) 10:28, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Was blanked with the summary: Lane County is NOT an MSA; also, many more cities outside MSA and inside Lane County; see Lane County, Oregon#Communities. I remain neutral, this is a courtesy nomination. Gigs (talk) 16:14, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The United States Office of Management and Budget defines the Eugene-Springfield, OR Metropolitan Statistical Area as consisting of Lane County, Oregon alone. Please see page 38 of OMB 10-02. Yours aye, Buaidh (talk) 16:24, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How to buy silver[edit]

The result of the discussion was Delete, yet again. ~ Amory (utc) 01:06, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A variety of how-to queries. These have no mainspace links (maybe one in an "Index of" page, I forget), and few to no links from the other namespaces. I find these implausible and unnecessary; who goes to Wikipedia to type how to get rid of stomach ache into the search box?  Glenfarclas  (talk) 12:20, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Teh blademaster[edit]

The result of the discussion was Delete. NJA (t/c) 09:53, 21 January 2010 (UTC) [reply]

Remains of a page move, which was then converted to a redirect anyway. Seems to lack general relevance to the game "Warcraft", other than that "Blademaster" is a type of unit within the game. This is not covered in the target article, and is an unlikely search term due to the mis-spelling of "the". Taelus (talk) 00:51, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete typo spelling of something that has alot of meanings and many different articles on Wikipedia. 76.66.197.17 (talk) 05:59, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete tpyo that could point to multiple articles, edit history doesn't show any special reason to keep this one. Skier Dude (talk) 07:21, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. I don't know that it's truly a case of misspelling (see Teh), but "Blademaster" doesn't even appear on the target page, so this seems implausible and useless.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 10:55, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hybrid Roleplay[edit]

The result of the discussion was Delete. Ruslik_Zero 11:49, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Potentially ambiguous term, as it could be used to apply to types of role-play, however I cannot really find any that would be referred to as "hybrid."

In this context, it redirects to a game page, as it is also the name of a non-notable community mod for it. Not covered in target article, thus potentially misleading.

Any thoughts about possible disambiguation, or a new target page? Taelus (talk) 00:47, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Note for convenience. A search around google and such suggests the term may be used as a neologism to describe types of guild communities in online games, a term to describe a mixture of role-play and student learning, and is used to describe several small role-playing games which don't seem to have much notability. Hope this information helps, --Taelus (talk) 00:49, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bloodfeather[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. Jafeluv (talk) 10:23, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Non-notable character from a game, has never re-occured since Warcraft III, was very minor in the game itself anyway. No relevant information is present on Wikipedia due to the notability guidelines, thus there is no relevant page to retarget this to. Taelus (talk) 00:43, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. Looks like this was a deletion-by-redirect; not a notable character then, not a very useful search term now; "Bloodfeather" isn't mentioned on the target page.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 10:58, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Burrow (Warcraft III)[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. Jafeluv (talk) 10:21, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Unholy Aura too for same reasoning. This may have potential to be retargetted however, feel free to unbundle.

Non-notable ability and building (depending on your spelling) in the game "Warcraft III". No relevant page to direct to, as content related to this topic would fail notability guidelines, and be a game guide by nature. Thus, this is a potentially misleading redirect for users. Footman frenzy[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. Jafeluv (talk) 10:17, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Non-notable community mod for the game "Warcraft III". No mention in target page as the topic fails the notability criteria, thus it is a misleading redirect as relevant information is and will not be on Wikipedia per current policies. No appropriate target seems to exist. Taelus (talk) 00:37, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Note. There have been previous AfD discussions for this topic. They can be found here and here. Hope this helps, --Taelus (talk) 00:39, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete, another artifact of a deletion-by-redirect. Not a notable fan mod, not a useful search term, especially since it's not mentioned in the target article. Good work on finding those AfD's.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 11:04, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
