- Delete. This was originally copied from Meta in 2005, and a page with this title still exists there, although it hasn't been touched since 2006 when it was placed in m:Category:Editor handbook (the redirect here is also in our Category:Editor handbook. The incomming links on meta are to m:Help:Redirect and the equivalent pages in French and Japanese. Following that link, we find the section that includes the link is m:Help:Redirect#Interwiki redirects and redirects to special pages which states "Interwiki redirects and redirects to special pages have been disabled, try e.g. m:Help:Interwiki redirect demo and m:Help:Redirect to special page demo.", and indeed redirects to special pages do not work.
The version of Help:Redirect on this project uses different phrasing to the meta vesion - "Note that a redirect will only work as intended [..] if the link is to an existing normal page (not a special page) on the same project (English Wikipedia)." and does not make use of these pages, but did do so until 24 December 2009 [1]. As its usefulness has passed, and it can esily be recreated if need be, I think this can be deleted.
