Turn Yourself Around → A1[edit]
This is an album by A1-Swift. Instead of redirecting to a disambig page that doesn't even list A1-Swift, this should simply be a redlink. JaGatalk 21:23, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete Album title by a non-notable artist. (Really, eligible for {{album}}.) TheJazzDalek (talk) 21:32, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
A-1 Swift → A1[edit]
This redirects to a disambiguation page that doesn't even list this non-notable performer. This should be a redlink instead of a redirect. JaGatalk 21:22, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

WeakKeep Documents a page move after 2.5 years. Might have incoming weblinks. Harmless.--Tikiwont (talk) 18:56, 28 March 2009 (UTC)- The page move is documented at the target article. And any existing redirect might have incoming weblinks. TheJazzDalek (talk) 22:14, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
- Indeed, but it's more probably after a long time and as you can see above, the possibility of incoming links is indeed one of the reasons to be cautious about the deletion of redirects. Especially if there is no compelling reason to delete it. Searching now or the term gives me some exact hits so it isn't obscure or misleading. In general, there are millions of redirects left on purpose behind after page moves, so we just worry about the harmful ones. --Tikiwont (talk) 07:00, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
