August 17[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. Consensus here is that while the symbol is used to represent high voltage, it is an implausible search term and the target article does not discuss the symbol. ~ mazca talk 20:41, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Implausible search term. I can't even read the character. King of ♠ 17:54, 17 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep: Just because you don't have the font installed doesn't mean others don't. Right. Anyways, it looks like a lightning bolt and is a validly named Unicode character. Every unicode symbol should redirect to the page about the symbol. Dread Lord CyberSkull ✎☠ 00:30, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. High voltage is not about the symbol. If there was an article on that Unicode character, then it might be a possible redirect, but right now I'm having a hard time imagining how this redirect would be useful to readers. Jafeluv (talk) 20:24, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Implausible and confusing. High voltage article is not about symbol. --skew-t (talk) 07:00, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
