Hindutva pseudoscienceIndigenous Aryans[edit]

The result of the debate was No consensus. -- JLaTondre 01:55, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Hindutva pseudoscience" is an uncyclopedic entry and is very offensive to Hindus (or Hindutva, if that is the term). While this fact can be a reason for debate as it reeks of WP:OS in itself, its redirection to Indigenous Aryans is completely uncalled for and is made just to piss off editors who are in disagreement with Dbachman.[1] There is no connection between Hindutva pseudoscience and Indigenous Aryans, the later being a matter of debate in itself for being original research. Dbachman He has created another two redirect for the same reason:

  1. Hindutva propaganda
  2. Hindutva revisionism

The redirects were marked for speedy deletion but declined because this page should be used for deletion of redirects. PS: Please forgive me since I am a new user.--Scheibenzahl 20:48, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Delete I have been asking for their deletion all along. Sisodia 03:48, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
it's an {{R with possibilities}} which I will expand into a full article presently. The two votes above can be safely disregarded as by adherents of known followers of precisely the fringy literature the article will discuss. In spite of what the propagandists would have you believe, "Hindutva" isn't synonymous with "Hindu" (viz., we have two separate articles on the two terms). dab (𒁳) 17:26, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Tell us more about Hindutva propagandists, East Dakota, and the Swiss Navy. Hindutva's etymology is Hindu+tattva = Hindutva. In English, that is "being Hindu", the denotation is the same.Bakaman 23:42, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Could you substantiate that from some neutral sources? Ah, I thought not. Just like 'fascism' comes from 'fasces' + 'ism', that is 'of bundles of sticks', and 'the denotation is the same'? Please. Hornplease 15:07, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hindutva pseudoscience now redirects to Hindutva propaganda. I disagree with that, but I don't see how deleting a redirect that summarises a well-documented subset of propaganda technique is useful. Keep. Hornplease 15:05, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The above is preserved as the archive of an RfD nomination. Please do not modify it.
