Delete - I am quite certain there is someone out there that would disagree with the target of the redirect, as what the qualifier best refers to is POV in and of itself, at least in this context. Additionally, it doesn't fall under any of the usage examples given under the redirect guideline, and seems to also fall under condition four of when a redirect should be deleted.
